The purpose of the event is to screen the blood pressures of elderly people living in the residence. We will also be counseling them on lifestyle changes they could make to improve their heart health. This is also an event where medication counseling will be helpful. The elderly are typically on a lot of medications, so it will be important to promote medication adherence.
